Hunt the wild coastlines of Kodiak Island and southeast Alaska for sitka blacktail deer and black bear, returning to a warm bunk in a boat and premium grub each night. This self-guided, public-land hunt is conducted off the good boat Venturess, owned and operated by the Larson family out of Homer and Kodiak. In addition to hunting big game, each day you’ll fish, catching halibut, rockfish, Lingcod, yelloweye, and when in season King Salmon. During autumn, you’ll have the opportunity to hunt sea ducks, including the coveted Harlequin drake. Book well in advance, because this is one of the greatest adventures found around the world.
